| Wednesday | City tour of Innsbruck trough it`s historic centre and a visit of the Tiroler Landesmuseum. The collection of archeology, natural sciences, history and music give an beautiful insight into the Tyrolean culture! |
| Thursday | Canyoning tour fun, team spirit and nice slides, jumps combined with all the beauty the canyons have to offer in Tirol. |

Participants requirements:
- Normal fitness and be able to swim
- Minimum age 12 years
To bring along:
- Swimsuit, towel and shower gel
- Sport- or trekking shoes
- A desire for adventure and your enthusiasm
